Job Description
As a human resource manager, your job will be to recruit, interview, hire, and manage employees. You will also be responsible for payroll and the tracking of employee attendence.
Specific Requirements:
- Technology: Must have a good understanding and a desire to learn about the internet and technology, as you will be interviewing and hiring people in this field.
- Human Resource: Should have experience with the HR process, in terms of interviewing and reviewing data from recruits.
- Payroll: Need to be familiar with payroll and employee tracking.
- Labor Law Knowledge: Must understand the local labor laws and abide by them, as well as advising the company managers if/when problems arise.
- Communication Skills: Must have strong communication and inter-personal skills as you will be interacting constantly with employees as well as interviewees.
- English Skills: Should be proficient in reading and writing English.
- Independence: Must be able to think on your own without supervision.
- Self Starter: Must be energetic, self-starting, and resourceful. Your job is to recruit the best talent out there, so you will constantly be looking for candidates.
General Requirements:
- Applicant must be 18+ years old, mature, professional, responsible, prompt, organized, on-time, and detailed-oriented.
- Must be at least a college graduate.
- Must be willing and available to learn and stay at this job for at least one year.
- Must be able to type at least 50 words a minute.
