Job Description
As a project manager, you will be managing a team of programmers and designers to plan, strategize, create, and test software projects to the specification of the company. You must be very detail-oriented, creative, and experienced as a programmer/project manager.

Specific Requirements:

• Project Management: Must have experience in managing software projects, to co-ordinate and delegate tasks amongst programmers and designers. Requires 2+ years experience.
• Web Application Programming: Must have experience in software programming for the internet. This involves the following:
  • Javascript: Must be familiar with Javascript and understand basic essentials. Requires 1+ year(s) experience.
  • Web Design : Must be familiar with web design technology such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash, usability issues, etc. Also must have a great sense of design. Requires 2+ years experience.
  • Programming: Must have programming experience with either PHP/CGI/MySQL or DotNet/C++/MS-SQL Server. We have projects that use either one of the above technologies. Requires 3+ years experience.
  • Code Management: Must be familiar with CVS tools to manage code, and to delegate out software modules to individual programmers. Requires 2+ years experience.
  • Software Testing: Must be familiar with software testing concepts as well as tools. Requires 1+ year(s) experience.
• Communication Skills: Must have strong communication and inter-personal skills as you will be interacting constantly with the programmers, designers, and upper managers.
• English Skills: Should be proficient in reading and writing English. Our web site(s) will be created to attract mostly English speaking customers. Speaking/listening skills will not be required.
• Creativity: Must be creative and be able to think on your own without supervision.
• Portfolio: Must attach a portfolio with a list of projects you have managed and/or taken part in, preferably ones that are accessible so that our staff can look them over.
