Job Description
This position requires you to have in-depth knowledge of internet marketing or the willingness and disposition to learn. You must be familiar with internet technology and be a quick learner.

Specific Requirements:

• Search Engine Optimization: Must understand basic concepts of search engines and know how to optimize a page/site in order to have it appear higher in specific search queries.
• HTML/Javascript: Must understand the basics of creating web pages using HTML and Javascript.
• English Skills: Must be proficient in reading and writing English. Most internet marketing will be done to attract mostly English speaking customers, so your English grammar and spelling must be good. This is VERY IMPORTANT. Speaking/listening skills will not be required.
• PHP/Perl: Should be familiar with how to administer/configure/maintain PHP and Perl scripts. Preferably 1 year's experience, but it is not a requirement.
• DNS and Domain Names: Must understand how domain names/dns work.
• Email: Must understand the basics of email functionality and promotion.
• Creativity: Must be creative and be able to think on your own, to come up with new ways of promoting our hosting services.

General Requirements:

• Applicant must be 18+ years old, mature, professional, responsible, prompt, organized, on-time, and detailed-oriented.
• Must be at least a college graduate.
• Must be willing and available to learn and stay at this job for at least one year.
• Must be able to type at least 50 words a minute.

• Sales/Marketing Experience: Must have experience in online advertising as well as the management of marketing staff. At least 2 years experience.
• Be able to accurately and effectively assess marketing campaign effectiveness, and coming up with new strategies to increase conversion rates, while decreasing advertising costs.
• Aggressive and competitive spirit, to identify new markets and to go after them.
• Create overall and individual performance reports of your marketing team members.
