Job Description
As a web site designer, your job is to create attractive web pages and web sites. You need to understand not just how to create visually-stunning pages, but also user-friendly layouts and intuitive page navigation.

Specific Requirements:

• HTML/DHTML: Must be proficient in the creation of web pages using proper/valid HTML/DHTML. Requires 2+ years experience.
• CSS: Must be proficient in the separation of style elements into independent CSS include files. Requires 1+ year(s) experience.
• Javascript: Must know how to code Javascript. Requires 1+ year(s) experience.
• Photoshop: Must know how to use Photoshop to create layouts, graphics, etc. Requires 2+ years experience.
• Corel Draw/Adobe Illustrator: Must know how to draw using one or more of these vector graphic programs.
• Macromedia Flash: Preferably know how to create Flash animations, but this is not required.
• Macromedia Dreamweaver: Must know how to use this tool to create and manage web site pages and files. Requires 1+ year(s) experience.
• English Skills: Should be proficient in reading and writing English. Our web site(s) will be created to attract mostly English speaking customers. Speaking/listening skills will not be required.
• PHP/Perl: Should be familiar with how to configure PHP and Perl scripts. Preferably 1 year's experience, but it is not a requirement.
• DNS and Domain Names: Must understand how domain names/dns work.
• Creativity: Must be creative and be able to think on your own.
• Portfolio: Must attach a portfolio with links of sites/graphics you have completed. If no portfolio of works is attached, your resume will not be looked at.

General Requirements:

• Applicant must be 18+ years old, mature, professional, responsible, prompt, organized, on-time, and detailed-oriented.
• Must be at least a college graduate.
• Must be willing and available to learn and stay at this job for at least one year.
• Must be able to type at least 50 words a minute.
