How do I close my account?

have your account closed, please open a support ticket or send an email to billing@serverpro.com with your billing email address. Include the following information:

1) Your account username
2) The original order ID number

If you do not have your original order ID number, send the following instead (with your billing email address):

1) Account username
2) Billing email address (make sure it matches)
3) Full name as entered in the order form
4) Full billing address
