FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn't SSH enabled for my account?

Due to security precautions, shell access is disabled for all accounts by default. To have SSH enabled for your account, we will need you to fax a copy of your driver's license to us at (586)283-7359. Alternatively, you can attach it in an email to support@serverpro.com.
