FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
I've run out of bandwidth. What do I do?
If your site has run out of its monthly bandwidth allowance, or you think it will be going over the bandwidth limit soon, you can order more to ensure that your site remains available for your visitors.
To add more bandwidth, follow these steps:
1) Log in to your Billing Control Panel, go to My Sites > Packages, and click on the hosting account in question.
2) Select the "Change Add-Ons for the EXISTING Base Package Above" option and click the "Continue" button.
3) Select the number of additional GBs per month you'd like to add and click submit.
Once your order has been received and approved, we will add the bandwidth to your account asap.
This process may take up to 24 hours, so it's best if you monitior your site's bandwidth usage (via the hosting control panel), and order more if you feel it will go over the limit soon. Our system does send out a warning email when your site's monthly bandwidth usage has reached 80%. Be sure to keep your system contact email up-to-date.
