24/7 Monitoring

To make sure our servers are always operating smoothly and secured from outside intruders, we monitor our servers and NOC (Network Operations Center) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Specifically, our servers are monitored for traffic/disk usage, CPU load, hacking attempts, and application uptimes. All of our systems engineers are also paged immediately at first sign of trouble.

Security-wise, our facility is locked and watched 24/7 by various video cameras. Fingerprint and access code authentications are necessary for all personnel prior to entering the NOC. Entry into the main building is also restricted by key cards and security guards watching the premises 24/7.
